Job description for Position of Shift Controller (Silvassa Extrusion Unit)

To ensure operation activities as per standard operating procedure

To ensure quality, recovery and packaging

To implement and ensure production with safe working conditions

Preparation of SOP’s, SWI’s and JSA’s

Implementation of safety practices and safe working conditions to achieve zero harm

Maintaining a healthy relationship with maintenance, automation, planning, die shop and quality team for smooth operation

Job technical Skills
  • Understanding of industry safety standards
  • Comprehensive knowledge of basic software, such as Word and Excel
  • Ability to Work well within a team
  • Ability to multitask
  • Leadership and conflict-management skills

B.E/B.Tech
