  • Chemical Dosing
  • Different Chemistry and Chemical Dosage
  • Developing recipe for achieving thickness and adherence of Powder coated layers
  • Well versed with Quality Parameters, Cross hatch test, Salt Test , Spray Test, Cupping test etc.
  • Booth Management How well he is able to manage booth and colour change.
  • To identify unsafe working conditions and practices and take corrective action.
