Job Description

As a Game Graphics Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our games. We are looking for a candidate with a strong passion for gaming, exceptional sketching skills, and a deep understanding of design principles. The ideal candidate will have a proficient working knowledge of industry-standard design tools such as Photoshop and :

  • Conceptualize and Design: Create visually striking and innovative game graphics, including characters, environments, and UI elements, by translating conceptual ideas into engaging visual designs.
  • Sketching: Develop initial sketches and storyboards to communicate design concepts, ensuring alignment with the overall game narrative and artistic direction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the game development team, including artists, animators, and developers, to ensure the seamless integration of graphics into the gaming environment.
  • Iterative Design: Participate in design reviews and iterate on designs based on feedback from cross-functional teams, focusing on achieving the highest level of visual excellence.
  • Tool Proficiency: Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator, staying up-to-date with the latest features and techniques.
  • Adaptability: Be adaptable to evolving project requirements and timelines, while maintaining a commitment to delivering high-quality graphics within established deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a game graphics designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing designs.
  • Proficiency in sketching and illustration.
  • Expertise in industry-standard design tools, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and composition.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
