Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates for further consideration
  • Interview Coordination: Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
  • Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the company’s employer brand to attract top talent
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Requirements
