Maintaining and building of resourceful resume data bank.
Reviewing, evaluating and short listing profiles.
Validating the short listed profiles by talking to the candidates and screening them on basic parameters like communication skills, educational eligibility, interests and preferences, current availability and salary expectations.
Scheduling interviews
Conducting the initial round of interview.
Preparing Offer Letter
Joining formalities
