  • Maintaining and building of resourceful resume data bank.
  • Reviewing, evaluating and short listing profiles.
  • Validating the short listed profiles by talking to the candidates and screening them on basic parameters like communication skills, educational eligibility, interests and preferences, current availability and salary expectations.
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Conducting the initial round of interview.
  • Preparing Offer Letter
