Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in a learning and development role or related field

Preferred qualifications:
  • History of high tolerance for ambiguity
  • Ability to build credibility and relationships through strong stakeholder influencing
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities Strong project management capabilities with an ability to deliver end-to-end.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts concisely and clearly at all levels

As part of the Learning Delivery & Engagement (D&E) team you’ll join us on our journey to steward our Enterprise portfolio of products and services for a unified user experience across Google in APAC. Deliver our portfolio in the places where people live and work by curating learning solutions to meet nuanced user needs in the regions. Help land our Enterprise portfolio in APAC and be a driver for business impact.

We bring the world’s most innovative people to Google and provide the programs that help them thrive. Whether recruiting the next Googler, refining our core programs, developing talent, or simply looking for ways to inject some more fun into the lives of our Googlers, we bring a data-driven approach that is reinventing the human resources field. You’ll play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Google through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.

Responsibilities

  • Be accountable for the user learning journey experience, determining the best approach for the APAC market and user segments (newly-hired employees, Googlers and leaders - including managers).
  • Represent user experience with our products into the design and production teams and be responsible for end-to-end facilitation of the learning asset (through vendors, personally or with a combination of both).
  • Support frontline HR in activating our enterprise portfolio at Product Area level and in regions.
  • Manage end to end program delivery for specific learning assets in close partnership with D&E Communications and Operations team.
  • Ensure close partnership with D&E strategists globally to ensure integration and awareness of work.
