Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Planning, Organizing, directing and controlling manufacturing activities for better yield, productivity and with quality.

2. Production planning & control, shift management to meet monthly annually targets.

3. Maintain 100% uptime in plant operations ensuring achievement of targeted production adhering to IMS procedures legal and safety norms.

4. Manage effective operation of auxiliary facility (ETP, PCC, storage shed, drum decontamination etc.)

5. Coordination with maintenance, logistics, lab and back office for effective and smooth operations for batch productivity.

6. Monitor control and improve standard operational procedures and ensure safety in plant and impart technical training to team members.

7. Maintain, manage, protect and control all plant and operational assets, machinery equipments ensuring efficient functioning.

8. Monitor and control site infrastructure, billing processes and inventories.

9. 100% compliance with standard operating procedures.

10. Ensure EHS system compliance all across production area without fail with involvement of all operations, supervisor and shift incharge.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Capable to handle the entire production activities in the plant for achieving the production targets with minimum cost and zero accidents.

2. Skills required for the position is:- People Mgmt, Planning & Execution, Delegation, Team building & crisis mgmt, RCA, innovation, prioritization, MIS/Reports, Fire fighting

3. He can be aware of Hazardous waste mgmt, production planning, industrial safety, Documentation and record keeping, Leadership Quality,Good communicator, Awareness about 5S.

4.He should be BE/ME/B.Tech/M.Tech (Chemical) with minimum experience of 7 To 10 Years.
