Roles and Responsibilities

Ensuring execution of all activities in sigma section,dispersion section,Liquid-liquid blending section strictly as per plant philosophy and as per Sops.

Operation of sigma 22 MT/day/per sigma for 26 days a month as per SOP and as per job card.

Dispersion of 150 drums per day

To get batch preparation as per the job card and in compliance with SOP.

To ensure "execution of activities" on sigma platform as per layout

To ensure daily weekly reports of production.

To maintain good Housekeeping on sigma platform/Tank farm.

To ensure prevention of any unsafe activities,ensure use of PPEs in section

Maintain necessary registers and records

Review of Daily plan V/S execution with shift incharges

To ensure adhere to all safety guidelines and carryout toolbox/Trainings of all operators/shiftI?Cand labours deputed in section.

Completion of production entries in SAP.

T oget reports from shift incharges,operators and submit it to plant Head

To coordinate with Lab,Utilities and maintenance Dept on daily basis.

Desired Candidate Profile

Capable to handle the entire production activities in the plant for achieving the production targets with minimum cost and zero accidents

Skills required for the position is:- People Mgmt,Planning & Execution,Delegation,Team building & crisis mgmt,RCA,innovation,prioritization,MIS/Reports,Fire fighting

He can be aware of Hazardous waste mgmt,production planning,industrial safety,Documentation and record keeping,Leadership quality,Good communicator,Awareness about 5S.

He should be BE/ME/B.Tech/M.Tech (Chemical) with minimum experience of 7 To 10 Years.
