Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or in Tool and Die or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience with NTTF (Nettur Technical Training Foundation) certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience:

1 to 3 years

Location Preference: Willing to relocate to Hosur.

Roles & Responsibilities

a) Knowledge in sheet metal stamping and product developments.

b) Knowledge in quality systems standards like ISO 9001 /IATF 16949 Standards

c) Sound knowledge in preparation of PPAP, APQP documents is must.

d) Knowledge in Press Tool, welding fixture design and development with software knowledge on CAD/CAM

e) Capable to understand & incorporate customer requirements in NPD process.

f) Capable to meet new products development documented on time and ensure compliance

g) Knowledge on Part, tool, and fixture drawing release & Engineering change management

h) Knowledge in problem solving techniques like 8D, DMAIC, QC story,etc.

i) Communication and Presentation skills

j) Achieve NPD Quality objectives & awareness on Quality policy

k) Identifying the continuous improvements areas and implementation of the same

Software skill- Excel, Power point
