Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an OEM Sales Manager at Tilara Polyplast. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with OEM customers, identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales strategies and presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in OEM sales and account management
  • Strong knowledge of the plastic sheet industry and its market dynamics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
