Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic business development executives who believe in taking responsibilities. They are required to extend and maintain our user base, who are different retailers. They need to onboard them on our platform and teach them how to use platform.


Primary field of working will be Hardware (Architectural Hardware - Door Accessories, Handles, Bath Accessories, Pipe & Pipe Fitting Etc.). In short, they are required to visit different shops and get orders from those shops.


His/her vision needs to match with the company’s. We are looking for the executives who can do whatever it takes to solve our user’s problem & change their mindsets about traditional selling & procurement processes . And also work towards increasing our business by increasing business of users.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Buyer on boarding
  • Get Orders from Buyers and achieve targets given to them.
  • Responsible for demonstration and hand holding of each customer in the initial stages of the platform adoption to ensure that the discovery and ordering processes are in place
  • Building and maintaining strong professional relationship with users.
  • Inform users about new features, new offers etc.
  • Work towards increasing their business with us.
  • Responsible for training and also troubleshooting for his set of customers with respect to the platform and any of its products or services
  • Responsible for achieving on boarding targets, adoption targets, sales targets and delivery of high quality customer service to existing and potential customers
