• Bachelor Degree or Post graduation or Engineering degree in Computers or equivalent
• Read/Write/understand/communicate well in English
  

• 9 to 13 years of experience in software development
• Experience in working ISO 9001 2015 / CMMI L3
  

• Experience and proficient knowledge in Spring framework, Spring Boot and micro services.
• Proficient knowledge and experience in Hibernate and JPA.
• Experience in mobile application development is desirable.
• Hands-on experience on Angular 8, HTML5, JavaScript, AJAX, JSP, jQuery.
• Familiar with GitLAB management
• CI/CD implementation experience
• MySQL DB knowledge and management.
• Experience in product development, design and translating business requirements to technical requirements and architecture
• Experience in working with Rest web services
  

• The Software Development Team Leader will work with Project Managers, Project Leaders, Business Analysts, Software Engineers, Testers and other individuals/parties to ensure functional requirements expressed by clients are fully implemented in the software with highest possible quality standards and delivered within the agreed time frame, by adhering to all defined software development policies, procedures and standards. Provide technical solutions for the team related to the tasks assigned.
• Preparation of Technical documentation related to projects
• Provide necessary technical assistance to teammates for helping them to acquire new skills.
• Provide technical leadership to teammates for successful completion of tasks in time.
• Identify areas for growth and improvement within the team
• Participate in peer reviews of solution designs and related code
• Research and evaluate a variety of software products
• Monitor the work of teammates and provide corrective actions as necessary.
• Continually provide feedback to the team management about the work progress.
• Prepare periodic reports related to the team management
• Package and support deployment of releases
• Provide support to business users
• Assist in the collection and documentation of user’s requirements, development of user stories etc.
• Provide realistic work estimates to the teammates and team management.
• Ensure that the team delivers a professional, customer focused and high performing software in line with agreed service scope and service levels.
• Ensure high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
• Ensure the developed software is unit tested and all possible bugs are removed before delivered to the client.
• Ensure changes to baseline requirements are effectively applied through the appropriate change control processes and ensure the changes are documented and conveyed to the stakeholders
• Research and evaluate a variety of software products whenever required by the Project Management Team
• Acquire new skills as and when required by the Team management.
• Need to ensure the Information Security in all perspectives.
