EY- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist– Senior


As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist, you will be responsible to design, build and configure Salesforce.com - Sales, Service and Lightning platform cloud applications to meet business process and application requirements.

The opportunity


We’re looking for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist who will be responsible for the Design, Configuration, Development and Integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud application to meet business process and application requirements.


Skills and attributes for success


  • Salesforce.com Email Studio, Journey Builder, Audience Builder, Contact Builder, Marketing Cloud Connect
  • Setup and deploy cross-channel communications.
  • Email Content Creation, Automation studio
  • Create and configure email templates, HTML emails.
  • Create data extension, automation, and activities.
  • Use AMP scripts for customizations.
  • Build and execute marketing tests to drive learnings and optimizations.
  • Build, test, report and monitor journeys
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration with any third-party software.
  • Knowledge or experience in Salesforce DMP, Mobile Studio, Social Studio or Advertisement Studio will be an advantage


To qualify for the role, you must have

  • 4+ years in Marketing Automation using Salesforce marketing cloud/ Exact Target.
  • Deep knowledge of the SFMC platform
  • Experience in Salesforce.com Email Studio, Journey Builder, Audience Builder, Contact Builder, Marketing Cloud Connect
