Role: US IT Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad


NOTE - Working experience with direct clients is mandatory


Responsibilities:

Matching the prospective employee profiles with the available business requirements. Closing allotted positions within the specified period.

Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn etc. to source Candidates.

Strong in Active and Passive searches to source Candidates.

Well Versed with latest & Niche technologies.

Solid experience in W2 recruiting speaking to USC’s specially.

Strong experience in US Recruitment Cycle (Contract , Contract to Hire , Permanent) and terminology (Tax Terms, Employment Status, Time Zones etc)

Must be highly motivated, dedicated and results-driven to attain growth goals.

Experience in IT & Non - IT Technologies.

Should be good in verbal and oral communication skills in English..
