Our services include Engineering, Procurement, Installation and Commissioning Work, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical and Instrumentation Job, Revamping of existing projects, Maintenance and repair of equipment, Hydro testing, Hydro Jetting, Chemical Cleaning of Exchangers, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), PSV, Gate Valve, NRV & other valve Calibration, Condition Monitoring, Shutdown Maintenance Work, and AMC Contract.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NDT Inspection Technician to join our team for an upcoming Gail shutdown project. The NDT Inspection Technician will be responsible for conducting non-destructive testing (NDT) inspections on various equipment and components during the shutdown period. This role requires a thorough understanding of NDT techniques, equipment, and safety procedures to ensure the integrity and reliability of assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) inspections using methods Like ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle testing (MT), liquid penetrant testing (PT) and Hardness Testing.
  • Interpret and evaluate NDT results to determine the presence of defects, discontinuities, or anomalies in materials or structures.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., ASNT, API, ASTM) during inspection procedures.
  • Participate in pre-shutdown planning meetings to coordinate inspection schedules, resource allocation, and logistical arrangements.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior technicians and support staff as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or relevant coursework preferred.
  • ASNT Level II Certificate in one or more NDT methods
  • Proven experience performing NDT inspections in Shutdown within the oil and gas, petrochemical, or power generation sectors.
