Qualifications
  • Should be able to design, develop and being responsible for implementation in Snowflake.
  • Should have very good hands-on experience with Snowflake utilities like SnowSQL & SnowPipe.
  • Should be able to perform analysis of vast data stores and uncover insights using Snowflake SQL abilities.
  • Should have very good working knowledge on Snowflake internals – data modelling, ELT using Snowflake SQL, implementing complex stored Procedures and standard DWH and ETL concepts.
  • Should be able to load from disparate data sets and translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed design.
  • Should have a good understanding of database design concepts - Transactional / Data mart / Data warehouse etc.
  • Should have hands-on experience on Oracle, PL/SQL development and performance tuning.
  • Should have very good working experience in Snowflake advanced concepts like setting up resource monitors, RBAC controls, virtual warehouse sizing, query performance tuning, Zero copy clone, time travel and understand how to use these features.
  • Should be aware in deploying Snowflake features such as data sharing, events and lake-house patterns.
  • Nice to have experience in Data Migration from RDBMS to Snowflake cloud data warehouse.
  • Certified Snowflake SnowPro Core Certification (Desirable).
