Brief Job Description [Key Responsibilities]

  • Listening and analysing Brand Social Conversations & Contents

2. Monitoring Brand ‘earned & owned’ conversations, engaging with addressable queries day to day basis
3. Preparing daily, weekly, monthly updates and reports with team guidance (Brand Health Audit, Campaign Performance, Crisis Report)
4. Coordinating with Client for feedback and approvals
5. Coordinating with internal teams for day-to-day activity

  • Campaign performance monitoring and reporting(Engagement, Reach, impressions etc..)
  • Social Listening Knowledge Is Important
  • Brand content analysis and reporting

MS Excel
Power Point
Social Media Tools knowledge as an advantage (Social Studio, Talkwalker, Brand Watch, Sprinklr, Khorus, Simplify360, Rival IQ, Unmetric, Social Bakers)

Social Media Metrics Knowledge (Engagement, Reach, impressions etc..)
