Job Summary:


The incumbent will own and be responsible for full cycle recruitment starting from sourcing to candidate onboarding (including but not limited to sourcing, screening and offer management) for their respective coverage areas. The incumbent will be the point of contact for all recruiting related activities to both the candidate and the hiring managers within UPL.


Role & Responsibilities:


1. Own and drive all recruiting and onboarding processes for the coverage area

2. Source, Screen and Interview applicants and share qualifying candidates to Hiring Managers
for further review

3. Manage and run processes as per established standard operating procedures & SLAs

4. Active Requisition Management (of Job Requisitions and Candidates) in SuccessFactors in
real time

5. Proactive communication with candidates, internal stakeholders and external partners

6. Well versed with lateral and volume recruitment (seasonal hiring cycles), able to manage large
hiring volumes for similar skillset

7. Be a critical member in the Talent Acquisition community by contributing towards knowledge
transfers, process improvements

8. Comply with various Talent Acquisition policies and code of conduct throughout the hiring
process

9. Manage candidate documentation process, including background verification of successfully
shortlisted candidates



Desired Candidate Profile:


1. Education Qualification: Bachelors / Masters Degree in Commerce / Business Administration

2. Work Experience: Minimum of 4 years recruiting experience in Shared Services or GBS. MNC
hiring experience will be an added advantage

3. Working Mode: should be able to work and collaborate virtually with teams across the world
as per business needs

4. Language skills: Should be affluent in English language (both written and speaking)

5. Technical Skills:

a. Should have worked on ATS systems such as SuccessFactors (preferred), Taleo, WorkDay

b. Understands talent markets in India and can generate Talent Intelligence as per needs of the
role being hired

c. Strong Multi-tasking skills and is able to fluidly manage work priorities in a fast-paced
business environment

d. Agile with Microsoft Office products including moderate usage of Excel to draw basic
recruitment analytics and inferences such as pivots, slicers, etc
