Job Title: Recruiter (Jr & Sr.) US Staffing Process

Location: Remote Role.

Shift timings: Monday to Friday ( 9:00 AM 6:00 PM EST)


Job Description

  • 3 to 8 years of Full-cycle recruitment within a broad and complex portfolio and sourcing
  • Help the team achieve results by developing, influencing, and driving accountability among recruiters and businesses for talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.
  • Proficient with applicant tracking systems and the Internet as a recruitment resource.

Experience required

  • Recruiting experience 3+ years
  • Traditional and advanced sourcing strategies
  • Done heavy sourcing
