Minimum 10 years of experience in injection molding machine maintenance.
Qualification: a diploma or degree in engineering.
Preferably from Palghar or a nearby area; otherwise, relocation is required.
Deep knowledge of projective, preventive breakdown of injection molding machines & utility equipment’s.
Must work with utilities like chillers, compressors, EOTs, AHUs, and dehumidifiers.
Installation & commissioning of IMM and support equipment’s.
Strong problem-solving ability with why-why analysis & root cause analysis for recurring problems.
Understand & read hydraulic, electric, & pneumatic drawings.
Must prepare & maintain ISO-related documents.
Preparation machine history card.
Preparation of monthly / yearly budgeting & cost-saving analysis.
Maintenance & repair of the HRTC hot-runner system of molds.
IMM processes knowledge.
Should maintain a Harmonics capacitor bank.
Knowledge of diesel generator maintenance.
