About the team

This position has become available to cover for maternity leave within the global benefits team. The successful candidate will join a high achieving fast moving team where support and training would be provided.

What you bring:

• The role will include managing all benefit renewals and retirement plans for the region including implementation of our global strategy and associated projects.
• The successful candidate will partner closely with the wider benefits global team along with the regional People Direct leads in-country and other key TPO (The People Office) colleagues, as appropriate, to deliver an exceptional employee experience.
• Our colleagues, clients and community and integral as part of our success ensuring work is carried out with our values at your core.

What you will be doing:

• High level of understanding of benefits provided in a multinational organization across more than two locations in experience.
• Experience of using HR Systems such as Workday and benefit platforms including provider/vendor systems.
• Commitment to a digital and virtual cross-country working ethic.
• Strong influencing skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong analytical skills.
• Strong customer service delivery and responsiveness.
• Proactive working style, a “team player” who can build highly effective professional relationships locally and remotely across many countries.
• Ability to act as an agent for change and willing to challenge the status quo.
