RESPONSIBILTY:

  • Co-ordinate Technology transfer activities from R&D to following plants
    • Mohali A -41
    • Paonta Sahib
    • Dewas
    • Goa
    • Solrex
    • Jammu
  • Ensure new product launches across all above locations as per plan.
  • Co-ordinate execution of Scale up, Exhibit batches, Pre-validation (Pre-PPQ), Process Validation(PPQ) and re-validation at above locations.
  • Interface between R&D and production team for new product introduction and filing.
  • Ensure availability of Batch Manufacturing documents, protocol and reports required for Commercial Production and Process Validation/PPQ at above locations.
  • Identification of training need of MSTG team and co-ordinate with internal and external resources.
  • Support plant team during internal and external audit.
  • Resolve technical issues to maintain supply continuity.
  • Identify opportunities for productivity improvement and coordinate.
  • Support alternate vendor development.
  • Support plant in productivity improvement, cost reduction & Life cycle management.
