Position: Assistant Manager Business Development / Business Development Executive / Sales and Business Development Associate / Sales & Marketing Consultant

(Two to Five Years Job Contract)
Eligibility: Revolutionary Graduates/PG with 5 to 9 years relevant working experience

CTC ₹ 5,70,000 to ₹ 12,50,000 (Quarterly Performance Incentives Extra)

Human Resources Development Consulting (Career Innovation Counseling, Fruitful Advising and Motivational Conversation), Talent Development, Acquisition, Campus Recruitment Drives, Business Associations with MNCs and Professional Institutions, Government Colleges, University Faculties and other Industries for implementation of Re-Skilling and Up-Skilling Projects across territories, Recruitment, Personality Grooming and Training for Placement, Managing Local and Global Meritocratic Internships, HR Program Sales, Marketing and Business Development Functions, Managing Accountability of Clients, Customer, Students, Internship Trainees and Job Applicants across diversity of business functions, Signing MemorandumOfUnderstanding and Legal Documentation.

1. Three Years Technical Internship in Germany (TYTIG)
2. Graduate Management Trainee Program (GMTP)
3. HCDS Certified Workforce Development Program (HCDS-WDP)

1. You with whole of your core strengths, personal and professional knowledge will be introducing Technical, Science, Engineering and Mathematics Graduates with Germany based technical company’s Job Internships Three Years Technical Internship in Germany (TYTIG) and other Career opportunities. Getting such high altitude and privileged candidates enrolled into our Training and Internship Program to prepare them for further career in Germany with our German tech firm. You will do your best to get minimum 4 to 7 TYTIG enrollments or possibly more in One Year (October, 2021 to October, 2022).

2. You with whole personal and professional Human Resources Business Development, Sales and Marketing competence in increasing such privileged enrollments by talent marketing, campus recruitment drives, standard career counseling, fruitful advising and motivating the unemployed Post-Graduates (All Masters degree courses) and Graduates (All Under graduation courses) qualified youth of age bracket 18+ years to 27 years for 100% employability-driven, competitive personality development, self funded, functional management training options titled as Graduate Management Trainee Program (GMTP) which is an offering of HCDS TECHNOLOGIES and conducted in collaboration with HSDM-Center of Excellence, Govt. of Haryana for on Corproate Training, Direct Job Internship and Continue Job across 450+ MNC partners of HSDM-COE & NCS. You will do your best to get minimum 36 to 60 GMTP enrollments or possibly more in One Year (October, 2021 to October, 2022).

3. You with all your personal and professional Human Resources Business Development, Sales and Marketing competence in increasing such underprivileged enrollments by sourcing, directing, marketing, standard career counseling, fruitful advising and motivating the employed and unemployed Class-10 Pass, ITI Pass, Diploma Pass, Graduates and Higher Secondary pass youth of age bracket 18+ years to 27 years for 100% employability-driven, personality development, Re-Skilling and Up-Skilling, affordable training options titled as HCDS Certified Workforce Development Program (HCDS-WDP) which is an offering of HCDS TECHNOLOGIES and conducted in collaboration with National Skills Development Corporation, HSDM-Center of Excellence, Govt. of Haryana for Job Placement assistance and Continuous Progress in their existing Job Functions. You will do your best to get 600 to 900 HCDS-WDP enrollments in One Year (October, 2021 to October, 2022).

Selection team will thoroughly assess you in 2 to 3 rounds of virtual and face to face interviews that you have required key attributes and competitive skills such as Strong enthusiasm to work for Business Development of the Mission ADITYA, Impressive Talent Marketing, Motivational Conversation, Influential Communication both formal and informal, organizing Campus Recruitment Drives (On Campus/Off-Campus / Virtual Online), Corporate Training and Skills Development for Privileged and Underprivileged Unemployed Youth, Talent Acquisition for diversity of business functions, Managing On Job Internships, managing Recruitment & On boarding, Employment Policies/Labour Law compliance, HRD Program / Product Sales, Business Associations with MNCs, Government Organizations and Professional / Educational Institutions, Lead Generation for Corporate, Business to Business and Business to Customer Sales, Drafting and Signing MOUs/Legal documentations / Contracts, Leading the job assignments as individual Entrepreneur, Result driven and Goal achiever professional. Sourcing of the candidates to get them enrolled into GMTP and HCDS-WDP for building youth as valuable asset to the nation and transforming them as high performance workforce for boosting the Gross Domestic Production and National Economy. Liberal Working Environment:

Freedom to Work in blended mode; 25-30% in-Office assignments and rest Self paced working, work from home, conference setting, visiting client side and totally independent working as per detailed job descriptions. (Weekly just one day in-Office presence is recommended for planning next strategies).

Travel Required: Minimum 30% to 50% or more based upon business workflow, client requirements and prospective business market in unrepresented areas.

Work is regularly performed in a combination of home, office, conference settings, and routinely uses standard office equipments, so have good understanding of dealing with these office peripherals and basic troubleshooting at own capacity.

Having Personal Laptop is mandatory for professional working, work stuff management, client side presentations and concept demonstration.

Personal car/bike with valid license is recommended but not mandatory to work in pandemic and avoid public transport.

Start working right from September / October, 2021 onwards.
