Job Title: Partner / Associate / Trainee - Events Sales & Sponsorship

(Full-time and in-Office working on Contract to Contract Agreement)

Locations: Haryana(Sirsa, Kaithal, Rohtak, Bhiwani and Hisar)andDelhi and NCR (To engage stakeholders from PAN India)

Creating Affiliations, Idealization, Planning, Framework, Design, Deploy, Financials, Communications, Logistics, Arrangements, Floor Management, Stakeholders On-boarding, Tickets Sales, Registration and Organization of Business Summit / ConfeX / MeetX / Seminars / Conference / Exhibitions and similar corporate events.

Annual Onboarding Target - 48 Sponsors / 96 Start-Ups / 192 Students

Quarterly Onboarding Target - 12 Sponsors / 24 Start-Ups / 48 Students

Monthly Onboarding Target - 4 Sponsors / 8 Start-Ups / 16 Students

Various workday responsibility and activities

  • Plan events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives
  • Develop a strategy to enhance the event’s success
  • Relations building with stakeholders to secure event sponsorship
  • Prepare and meet budgets constraints.
  • Assist in developing conference sessions
  • Secure speakers and presenters for the conference sessions
  • Handle all the logistics of speakers and presenters
  • Correspond with presenters starting with the invitation, securing speakers, and ensuring they are present on time on the day of the event
  • Coordinate awards and presentations
  • Source and negotiate with stakeholders to become active participants
  • Oversee branding and design of the event collateral
  • Implement event pricing strategy, including early-bird pricing, VIP pricing, group discounts, etc.
  • Arrange tickets for stakeholders and ensure time bound delivery of ticket sales/registrations
  • Lead all marketing activities for events, including print, digital marketing, advertising, contests, giveaways, etc.
  • Market and organize webinars from beginning to end.
  • Ensure event is completed smoothly and step in to resolve any problems that might occur
  • Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports including attendee survey
  • Generate finest commercial Leads across advertising, sponsorship, and partnership activity
  • Secure government speakers and presenters for events and ensure they are managed until the end.

HCDS Technologies is searching for highly devoted applicants who are willing to learn, practice and work from any of the following cities: Faridabad, Noida, Kolkata, Bangalore, Pune, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Indore, Thane, Gurugram, New Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad and Mumbai. The project internship will last three to six months, with candidates receiving a monthly stipend of up to Rs 25,000.
