Job title Customer Relations Manager

Job objectives

To Achieve Customer Satisfaction and nil complaints in a professional way

Reporting to

Manager – Sales

Main tasks

i. Customer Relationship Management

Ø Ensuring Customer Satisfaction through adherence and improvement of customer processes in sales and service

Ø Driving Customer retention by planning CRM activities

Ø Resolve customer complaints expeditiously and in the lowest complaint resolution time.

Ø Identify weaknesses and make suggestions to improve customer satisfaction

Ø Ensures all the customer contact cards are entered daily in the DMS

Ø Post Sales & Service follow-up of all customers post-delivery and service repair

ii. After-Sales Support Services

Ø Coordinating with the customer for appointment and service requirements

Ø Ensuring delivery commitment and follow-up with stakeholders

Ø Update Customers for any delays and vehicle service needs
