Roles and Responsibilities:

Configure master data including Material Master, Inspection Setup, Inspection Plan, info records, master inspection, and QM info record characteristics.
Implement dynamic modification rules as per business requirements.
Manage quality notifications within SAP QM, ensuring timely resolution of quality issues.
Generate quality certificates for products meeting predefined quality standards.
Oversee test equipment management processes within SAP QM.
Possess good knowledge of SAP MM, PP, SD, and FI integration with QM module.
Strong understanding of Quality Management Processes and Techniques, with the ability to confidently approach and communicate with stakeholders.
Familiarity with SAP and other 3rd party system integration.
Knowledge of different quality management and defect management tools.
Ability to quickly and creatively solve complex problems.

Direct Contribution to the Department/Unit:

Lead QM module implementation on new rollouts, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Provide support to business users for SAP QM module, addressing queries and resolving issues.
Oversee master data management processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data.
Identify opportunities for business process improvement within the QM domain and implement necessary changes.

Skills Required:

Understanding how to use SAP for quality management.
Knowing how SAP Production Planning works and connects with quality management.
Ability to handle and organize information within SAP.
Helping others with using SAP for quality management.
Knowing how to deal with problems related to product quality in SAP.
Making sure quality records are properly created in SAP.
Understanding how to manage testing equipment within SAP.
Knowing how different parts of SAP (like Materials Management, Sales, and Finance) connect with quality management.
Being good at finding solutions when things don’t go as planned in SAP.
Figuring out ways to make quality management in SAP better and more efficient.

Education:Bachelor’s Degree in related field
