  • Build effective relationships with the customers so as to maintain good revenue increases for the organization.
  • Perform efficient finance management.
  • Perform a review of equipment and system layouts and their validation
  • Set up the business unit’s strategies for promotional activities
  • Coordinate with Engineering to develop plans for launching new products, and then its implementation
  • Develop and communicate the expectation levels and vision of the company to members of the unit. This must be relevant to the company’s corporate vision and goals
  • Coordinate with other BU Managers, integrating objectives and ideas for organizational growth
  • Coordinate and drive all the stakeholders to meet customers’ requirements
  • Ensure that customer requirements are dealt with efficient manner, informing respective team members of any problem that may arise
  • Meet monthly target sets for order fulfillment and inventory risk.
  • To ensure good communication between Customer(s), OPM team, Business Areas, CFT, and supervisory group
  • Manage customer relationships and act as the key escalation point for all product programs, projects, and operational performance issues
  • Responsible for tracking relevant metrics and driving action items based on results
  • Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.
  • Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.
  • Be responsible for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.
  • Responsible for training and mentoring staff; motivating them all for effective performance for the general growth of the company
