Dear Associate,

One of our Top MNC Life Insurance Company is looking for District Development Manager.

Please note that current onroll team handling experience of 4 or 5 years and distributor sales handling experience is a must to apply for this job.

Job Responsibilities
  • To manage independent branch in terms of profitability and administration.
  • To manage a team of Assistant Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager.
  • To setup strong distribution achieve branch targets of Life Insurance with team.
  • Strategize and implement local sales promotion activities.
  • To promote a customer centric culture among both staff and field force.
  • Protect and promote the brand value of the company.
  • Lead, inspire, motivate and manage the team so as to have effective control on attrition of key resources.
  • Be updated on all relevant developments in the Insurance industry.
Desired Profile
  • Teamhandling experience ofat least 3years or more.
  • Should have great career progression someone who had grown from ground level to middle manager
  • Not a job hopper
  • Localite or local experience is preferable but not mandatory
  • Desire to work with sales managers assistant sales managers develop, motivate them to achievetheir goals
Qualification: Post-graduate
