Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foundry Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Mangalore Minerals Pvt Ltd. As the Foundry Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our range of Washed Sand, Graded Silica Sand, and Resin Coated Sand products to the foundry industry. This is a full-time role based in Mangalore with a competitive salary range.

Qualifications and Skills

· - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

· - Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the foundry or industrial sector

· - In-depth knowledge of the foundry industry and its marketing dynamics

· - Strong analytical skills to conduct market research and interpret data

· - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

· - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms

· - Creativity and ability to develop innovative marketing strategies

· - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and drive

· - Willingness to travel for client visits, trade shows, and industry events

Roles and Responsibilities

· - Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote our range of sand products to the foundry industry

· - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities

· - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the foundry industry

· - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, production, and R&D to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business goals

· - Create compelling marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and product catalogs

· - Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including social media, email marketing, and online advertising

· - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, and make data-driven decisions to optimize results

· - Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to promote our products and network with key stakeholders

· - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our marketing strategies remain innovative and effective

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹8,086.00 - ₹29,602.35 per month
