Job brief

We are looking for a Front Office Executive to be responsible for all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make. Front Office Executive should possess effective communication skills and a pleasing personality.

Responsibilities

· Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)

· Greet and welcome guests

· Answer questions and address complaints

· Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages

· Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them

· Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.

· Check, sort and forward emails

· Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary

· Maintaining administration and operation records

· Assisting the HR team

· Sorting daily deliveries/ mail/ couriers on the basis of priorities

· Updating appointment calendars and schedule appointments/ meetings

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Front desk associate, Front Desk representative or similar role

· Good Knowledge of office management procedures and systems

· Proficiency in MS Office and its applications

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Customer service orientation

Qualification:

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree or equivalent in any field

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
