We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer with a keen eye for aesthetics to join our dynamic and creative team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering visually captivating designs across various platforms and media channels. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design and have a strong portfolio that demonstrates their creative skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

· Create visually stunning designs that align with our brand identity and objectives, including but not limited to marketing materials, advertisements, social media graphics, website visuals.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements, objectives, and target audience to deliver impactful designs that effectively communicate key messages.

· Develop and execute design concepts from ideation to final production, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, design principles, and industry best practices.

· Utilize industry-standard design software and tools to create high-quality graphics, illustrations, layouts, and typography that meet project requirements and deadlines. Conduct research and stay up-to-date with current design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance design capabilities and propose innovative solutions.

· Ensure the integration of compelling visual elements that enhance messaging and engagement. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

· Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and iterate on designs based on feedback received.

· Maintain organized design files and assets for easy access and future reference.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

· Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced creative agency or in-house design team.

· Exceptional portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects, including digital and print materials, demonstrating a strong sense of aesthetics, composition, color theory, and typography.

· Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or other relevant tools.

· Strong understanding of design principles, brand identity, and marketing concepts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

· Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to design, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout projects.

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
