Lenskart aims to be the best global company born out of India - a successful and sustainable organisation that continues to serve its purpose in the years to come.About The RoleIn this role, as the Head of Retail, TA, India you will build & execute the strategy for this function and support the company growth across the entire retail business in India.The Retail function is the largest organisation within Lenskart and one of the most critical levers in driving growth and customer experience. We are obsessed with customer experience and we continue to innovate in this area through deep ownership across all levels in the organization. We also use data, analytics and technology to help make great decisions as we deliver these incredible experiences that fuel our growth. The Talent Acquisition leader plays a big role in building this organization and sustaining this growth and is a key member of the Retail leadership team and reports to the Global Head of Talent & Inclusion.Job RequirementsIn this role you will be responsible for :
  • Identifying, attracting and developing Lenkart’s team which will be responsible for driving the retail business growth across India. This would also include hiring talent into the Lenskart academy which creates an incredible foundation for the front line talent
  • Given the massive scale of hiring, building and sustaining a scalable talent engine which not only drives efficiency, cost effectiveness but also quality of hiring
  • Being the Functional leader responsible for driving best in class hiring practices across the retail business & constantly learning from the industry
  • Building and leading a team of talent acquisition professionals supporting this organization. This includes setting the strategic priorities for the team, supporting their growth and building a strong & healthy team culture.
  • Being a strong business partner to the retail operations leaders and other key stakeholders to proactively understand their needs
  • While helping deliver on the short term goals, also deliver on the long priorities by investing in long term partnerships and developing talent sources
  • Setting the right example culturally for the retail organization
  • Creating an inclusive and diverse company that reflects the customers we serve by driving inclusive hiring practices
