Roles Responsilbities Of Recruiter

Source, screen and recruit candidates by using databases, Job portal social media etc.
Conduct Telephonic interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within timeline.
Prepare recruitment content and post jobs to Seva jobs, Shine, Other Job Portals, board/newspapers/colleges etc to attract best Teachers.
Resume reviewing, scheduling interviews, preparing candidates for interviews.
Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Maintain Database Interview call in excel sheet Report on daily basis to Team Lead.
Promote companys reputation as best place to work.
Achieve the given target monthly.
