Job Description
  • Support, improve, lead and coach a team of Warehouse Managers at three locations i.e. Raipur, Nagpur & Kolkata , by way of providing strong leadership perspectives based on solid industry related experience.
  • Assess, evaluate and develop proactive strategies essential to achieving short and long term goals.
  • Nurture, develop and maintain the client base of key logistics customers for the Company, ensuring a high standard of external and internal communications with all levels of customers during relationship management ensuring near-perfect customer service levels are achieved and maintained.
  • Monitor functional performance, and make comparisons between actual achieved vs. planned objectives, whilst able to implement corrective actions should it be required.
  • Liaising with Management and other departments on matters of mutual concern.
