Designation/ Role- Lead/ AM/ DM- US Mortgage

Location- Gurgaon

Shift- 4 PM to 1AM (5 days working)

Experience- 6-10 years in US Residential Mortgage

Job Description:

Thorough understanding of the US Mortgage Process and related docs
Conducting training to the Team members who are in production
Reviewing process guidelines and providing insight/ updates/changes to the team
Conducting daily huddles that covers the findings from quality team and the updates received from the onshore team/ client
Regular engagement with onshore and offshore team
Manage the accuracy and quality of work performed by the teams members and responsible for their performance and ratings
Advance Knowledge of Working in excel sheets, Eye for Detail, Working on Exceptional Scenarios, Extensive Production Activities
Flexible to work as per business requirements, Stretch Assignments
Excellent Communication Skills to decipher & execute the work as per instructions from Onshore with Context and Content/ Business Email writing skills
Accountable & Dedicated to work & Committed to deadlines
Stability with the Process

Desired Candidate Profile:

6 to 10 yrs work experience in US mortgage industry (Origination/ Conversions/ Loan QA/ Foreclosure/ Payoff/Escrow/ Bankruptcy/Doc. Indexing/Default Support)
Good in understanding /comprehending documents - Mortgage documents
Experience in successful transitioning of process/es in US Mortgage
Good Communication Skills (Written & Oral). Email Communication

Experience- 6-10 years in US Mortgage Industry

Qualification- Graduate/ Bachelors in any stream
