Job Purpose:

Our Group has an enviable roster of high footfall assets that lend themselves to branding among focused or localized audiences. (eg. Our offices, our ports, Mundra, our airports and roads). These assets offer not only brand visibility opportunity, but also brand engagement and experiences potential.

To have a sharply focused, personalized, and impactful customer engagement calendar, it will be key for us to appropriately capitalize on these assets and their surrounding areas, as part of our customer-first strategy.

Key Accountabilities

  • Will be a key input provider to the Corporate Brand (CB) head, the CB team, the CBC team and other key stakeholders within the Group, and external partners
  • Will help envisage and execute a brand surround strategy for the assets of the Group
  • Will work closely with the Brand Intelligence and Customer Strategy & External Branding leads to create focused and winning data and analytics-backed customer strategies, that are then taken to brand our assets branding
  • Will track success and effectiveness through a pre-defined dashboard, so that results can be measured through regular monitors
  • Will work closely with the Brand Compliance lead to ensure brand sanctity across all assets and their touch points, across the Group
  • To actively engage with businesses, partners and team members, to deliver on this key role.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • To have an in-depth understanding of what brand opportunity each asset has to offer
  • To keep an eye on the Indian and international benchmarks in asset branding, and within the specific assets that we own
  • To recognize the local/brand/partner/business sensitivities, if any
  • To help define and design the ‘face’ of the Group, through Asset Branding
  • To design, execute and monitor the branding, engagement and experience opportunities
  • To ensure the adherence of Brand Guidelines; creating, updating, keeping relevant, and implementation at these assets
  • Work with diverse and relevant stakeholders to drive the brand agenda through the branding of assets
  • To keep the defined Dashboard as the key metric of success, insights and course correction

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A self-starter with outcome orientation and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • A team player, who carries diverse people and perspectives, towards the desired outcome
  • Experience of at least 20+ years in the fields of brand building, among large and diverse audiences
  • Initial experience in an out of home or brand experience agency, preferred
  • Critical to have a proven track record of branding assets, successfully
  • Experience of partnering/working for large corporate brands or/and diverse conglomerates, will be preferable
  • A strategy led approach to building brands, consistently, through surround 360 campaigns that achieved results
  • A track record of a brand and experience led approach to such assets, rather a mere advertising or creative led.
