To manage the sales for the suite of Trade Finance & CMS across the spectrum of Bank’s clients in a select location / region. Meet the agreed
§ Trade & CMS revenue targets (Fee, trade flows, FX, NII, CMS fee)
§ Achieve 80% Trade limits utilization level for trade products alongwith CMS CA, SA ,Thruput
§ Acquisition of new to trade/CMS clients with a focus to grow Trade finance book
Meet and service trade finance/CMS related requirements of clients by liaising with multiple stakeholders like operations/Product/Legal/Compliance/DB etc.

Responsibilities/ Job Description:
  • Grow the Trade Finance & CMS business in existing portfolio by ensuring sufficient cross sell
  • Meet agreed sales revenue ,book and flow targets
  • Support business teams for acquisition for New to Bank clients.
  • Ensure maximum product penetration across portfolio to maintain client stickiness and optimal product mix
  • Undertake training of the relationship teams wherever necessary to promote trade finance & cash management products
Essential competencies:

Qualifications

MBA (from Tier I/II institutes)
5+ years post qualification experience in Trade Finance
