Roles and Responsibilities

Design and deliver various learning and development programs, policies in alignment with business needs

Partner with business to understand Learning needs of teams and determine prioritized learning delivery

Measure effectiveness and impact of the programs to improve the effectiveness of the L&D ecosystem

Develop reporting capabilities to assist with planning and managing the companys training and development initiatives

Effectively drive the e-learning agenda (including Learning Management Systems) to drive the learning & development priorities

Desired Candidate Profile

Should be an MBA in HR with specific exposure to L&D function in design and delivery of learning programs preferably from Airline/ Retail/Courier/ Media/ Market Research sectors

Should be able to deliver in a calm and professional manner in an always on environment.
