Roles and Responsibilities

Identifying and assessing future and current training needs
Deploying a wide variety of training methods
Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
Train and evaluate HO, Regional and ground/on-field resources; primary focus will be on "on-field" resources
Build quarterly and annual training programs
Help in recruitment and Operations function as per training requirements
Travel to multiple locations PAN India as per training requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

6 years of experience as a training specialist or in a similar profile.
Good Knowledge of training and teaching methods
Good knowledge of talent management and succession planning methods
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Good language skills in Tamil, Telegu plus other south Indian languages in Malayalam, Kannada etc. will be an added advantage
