About Company: Pharmacetuical/ Neutraceutical/ Ayurvedic/ HerbalPosition: - Manager– R&D – ADIC.Job Location:Anand, Gujarat.Job Overview: -As a Team Leader - within the analytical development Instrumental/preclinical science, this position requires an experienced and proven leader equipped with the confidence and skills to manage high profile projects and a team of instrumental/preclinical researchers, complemented with the tools needed to negotiate timelines, budgets, and priorities. This Leader should have a background in instrumental/preclinical testing design, while also possessing excellent analytical, strategic thinking and collaboration skills which will be essential for leading studies and teams within the different PHPL R & D teams.Responsibilities and Duties: -Team ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Labs and Senior Managers to determine the Instrumental/preclinical testing needs using Instrumental In-House and/or outsource testing, obtaining clear objectives and context for projects.Develop each team member by establishing and managing performance evaluation, development plans according to their personal and team goals, values and vision by holding regular meetings, providing continuous and efficient feedback, promoting collaboration within the team and cross functional, providing recognitionDevelop and maintain strong relationships with other departments including NPD, HPD, CR, IPR, PBC in India and internationally.Lead the partnership with instrumental team across the dietary supplement categories to align on testing strategies and share results throughout the yearDesign and execute high profile and priority innovation and Instrumental studies from inception to completion including study design, methodology, and questionnaires.Analyze test results, synthesizes the information and writes/reviews reports to meet business objectives.Able to Manage conflicting priorities within designated projects.Able to Deliver against established timelines.Able to Develop a team and team motivation.Technical ResponsibilitiesIndependently perform hands-on experimental work utilizing HPLC, UPLC, HPTLC and other associated analytical techniques for extracts, reference standards, formulations from Natural product and strategy of the group based on biomarkers/metabolites for bioanalysisDevelop, validate, and document analytical methods and operating procedures according to specific RM/sample or testing requirements.Independently conduct routine performance qualification and maintenance of chromatography and other laboratory instrumentation as necessary to assure proper performance along with purchase requirements.Communicate and present findings to key stakeholders and management.Drive creative research approaches and strategic recommendations for product development including design of Testing, partnering with consumer and/or expert teams.Support new, forward thinking evaluation techniques, methodologies, and strategies for the future of Instrumental evaluation, providing recommendation on the test design based on project objectivePrepare, draft and present reports/publications/presentations and able to deliver it with team.Also, expertise in data analysis/interpretation and chromatographic instrumentation, data management, software is essential.Document and effectively communicate research results timely (maintain organized lab notebook, write technical reports, and present results to internal and external managers & stakeholders)Qualifications: -Education level: -M. Sc in Organic Chemistry, Natural Product chemistry, M. Pharm or Ph.D. in Analytical Sciences or Organic Chemistry or Natural product chemistry or Pharmacy Experience: -M. Sc/M. Pharm- 10-15 years ▪ Ph.D.- 10 + yearsExperience in Analytical & Natural product Chemistry (Theory & practice) in HPLC, UPLC, HPTLC, HPTLC-MS and LC-MS instrumentation with different chromatography applications including reversed phase, HILIC, and Ion-exchange.A minimum of 10+ years of industry experiencePersonal characteristics: -Demonstrated experience working effectively with cross functional teams.In-depth knowledge in chromatography theory, practice, and applications in industry.Excellent written and verbal communication English skills.Well-organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven team player.Competency in Analytical chemistry problem solving, data analysis and experimentation.Competency: -Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically, develop tactics and measurable implementation plans and able to transform solid thinking into action.High level of passion for consumer centricity during the product development process.Experience coordinating product testing with outside vendors a plus.A strong statistical background and knowledge a plus.A strong leadership and motivational skills to drive agile product design and develop teams.Previous project management experience; clear understanding of project set-up and timelines.Flexibility to work on multiple projects with a deadline-driven deliverable.Intrested Candidate Can Connect Via Email As UnderEmail: jaya@namanstaffing.com
