  • Install, configure & perform deep troubleshooting of systems and network
  • Work on Windows server OS & basic concepts of networking & servers
  • Work on implementing and configuring the security systems
  • Work on infrastructure management, software installation and configuration, hardware configuration, and setup (Sophos XG Firewall, LAN, and WAN)
  • Managing active directory by implementing policies
