Main Responsibilities Of The Job

  • To develop sales in the designated area .
  • Set up and maintain a professional dealer network in Mumbai, Thane & Raigad districts
  • To develop and maintain a high degree of contact with key architects, builders, designers & B2B in the region.
  • Identify new B2C & B2B projects in the designated area and get Product specified.
  • Generating enquiries through site mappings in the potential areas of the region.

Performance & result expected out of the job (qualitative and quantitative):

  • To achieve the sales targets assigned for the region
  • To develop and maintain the dealer network
  • To have good negotiation and decision making ability
  • To have good coordination with external agencies
  • To extend the Marketing activities in the region

Qualification:- MBA (Marketing)

Experience:- 3-8 years’ of experience in Building Material Industry.

Preferably worked with Architects, Interiors, Builders along with development of channel network.

Skills:Smart, dynamic, willing to travel to defined area and good in MS Excel, Word & PPT Excellent Communication Skills (Fluent in English & local language)

Geographic Knowledge: Working experience in Mumbai, Thane, Raigad and other surrounding areas.

Location: - Candidate should be based at Mumbai/Thane
