Job Title: Marketing Executive

About Kimirica: KIMIRICA is a luxury bath and body and skin care Brand. Our mission is to create an experiential self-care journey through unique fragrances, premium vegan formulations, and creatively designed products. Responsibilities:As a Offline-Marketing Executive at Kimirica, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and driving customer engagement. Your responsibilities include:

1. Conceiving and Developing Marketing Strategies:

o Create efficient and intuitive marketing strategies to promote Kimirica’s products and services.

o Tailor strategies specifically for offline retail channels.

2. Event Management:

o Organize and oversee offline advertising/communication campaigns, including events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

o Collaborate with retail partners to enhance brand visibility.

o Utilize PAN India connections, especially in metro cities, for conducting events.

3. Market Research and Analysis:

o Conduct thorough market research to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures.

o Stay updated on industry developments.

4. Customer Insights:

o Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.

o Understand customer preferences and adapt marketing efforts accordingly.

5. Content Creation:

o Write compelling copy for diverse marketing materials such as brochures, press releases, and website content.

o Ensure consistency in messaging across offline channels.

6. Media Relationships:

o Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in

promotional activities.

oLeverage media partnerships for brand exposure.

7. Vendor Management:

Establish and maintain relationships with vendors for event management and promotional activities.

8. Brand and Product Launch Experience:

Utilize previous experience in brand and product launches to effectively plan and execute marketing campaigns.

9. Collaboration with Malls:

Coordinate collaborations with malls for promotional events and product showcases.

10. Campaign Monitoring and Reporting:

o

Monitor the progress of offline campaigns using various metrics.

o

Prepare reports on campaign performance.

11. Budget Management:

o

Collaborate with managers to prepare budgets and monitor expenses related to offline marketing initiatives.

Requirements and Skills: To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a marketing executive or in a similar role.

Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistical methods.

Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.

Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM).

Familiarity with social media and web analytics tools (e.g., WebTrends).

Excellent communication and people skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Creativity and commercial awareness.

A degree in marketing, business administration, or a relevant discipline.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
