Hotel Auro Maison is a beautiful 50-room hotel located in Puducherry near White Town with amazing sea-views. The hotel is located at a stone-throw distance from the seashore.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Specialist at Hotel Auro Maison. The Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the hotel, including supervising staff, overseeing housekeeping and maintenance, managing budgets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Analytical Skills, Project Management, and Operations Management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil
  • Sales skills to drive business growth
  • Customer service skills to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Experience in the hospitality industry preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Remuneration:3.6 LPA - 4.2 LPA depending on experience.
