We’re looking for ambitious, high-performing business development professionals with an entrepreneurial mindset and proven sales records. We are a fast-growing design and branding agency and we need salespersons to sell our services both in India and abroad. This is a part-time or full-time commission-based position.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively approach targeted business clients (via telephone, email, social networks, events, etc).
  • Prospect and partner with emerging startups by building relationships with key decision-makers, account & finance personals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business to identify prospective clients.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Superior Excel skills and comfortable with managing large data sets
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Searching for new client leads.
  • Develop partnerships, linkages/ networking with officials from emerging startups.
  • You will be an ideal candidate if you have these qualities:

    • Should be extremely serious and a professional approach should be there.
    • Disciplined, Organized, and consistent towards the job.
    • Should have very strong communication skills (both written (emailing skills) and verbal communication), able to take feedback in a constructive approach.
    • Should be able to take follow-ups and should be strong at persuasion, convincing, and influencing.

    Note: Commission per sell between 15-20%.
