Bionic Phone Manager has the responsibility of driving sales in tandem with the RM and achieving sales targets together from mapped district centres . Below are broad expectations from this role:

Target Achievement

  • Drive sales and achieve business targets in tandem with the RM through closure of generated leads from mapped district centres.
  • Achieve business targets & resolve service issues in District centres/VLEs.

Relationship Management

  • Phone Manager has to ensure thorough follow up and closure of leads generated by the mapped RM from mapped district centres.
  • Calling to mapped VLEs for Sales, Product and Portal Process Training, Campaigns, Login technical support.
  • Follow up calls with VLEs, scheduling logins and RAP activation every month
  • Provide telephonic and remote desktop support for issue troubleshooting, virtual trainings to VLEs
  • Aligning and working with mapped field RMs for converting to HNI cases wherever required.
  • Place dispositions against all leads and facilitate submission of application for all closed leads into system for effective tracking and reporting through automated and manual dialling
  • Phone Manager will be responsible to resolve instant service issues with VLEs.
  • Provide complete policy details to the VLE over call along with product literature wherever needed, follow up and close the leads.
  • Submission & closure of CFR and ANI in system, calling to VLEs for CFR requirements, facilitate customer medicals, video calls for issuance process.
  • Provide Support for VLE code creation and Portal activation
  • Engage VLE through discussions with the purpose of apprising them about company products / offerings, understand their issues/ concerns about insurance (if any) and close the lead.
  • Aligning and calling to DM / DCs for VLE Lead generation, Commitment, tracking and extending active support during Login drives
  • Phone Manager needs to engage and build a good rapport with the RM/ Floor Manager/ Field Sales.
  • Relationship management with VLEs and DMs for building regular business for business campaign (MDRT)
  • Meet quantitative and qualitative targets on monthly basis.
  • Maintain call quality standards as mentioned in the KPIs.
  • Achieving minimum call to connect ratio and call productivity, VLE activation everyday
  • EOD reporting of calling and business and CFR closures to ABHs
