RXG Business Consulting and Solutions is a leading Human Capital Consulting organization. Our HR arm- Xylem Resource Management is a Premium HP Partnerand supports HP India by managing their outsourced field and store sales personnel across 95 locations and 1000+ stores.


We are currently hiring smart in- store sales professionals in Kerala (Calicu t& Cochin)


Primary Role and Responsibilities:

As an Instore Promoter you will be responsible for driving HP business at the retail stores assigned to you. You will achieve this by

1. Initiating discussions with walk-in customers and leading them towards HP purchases

2. Develop and maintain customer relationships.

3. Managing sales promotions for various HP products such as Desktop, Laptop, Printers, Supplies, Accessories and Peripherals

4. Tracking and submitting sales records daily on Mobile App.


Desired Candidate Profile

We have requirements across the country and welcome experienced candidates with prior experience to apply to this position.


Skills Required:

  • Prior experience as instore promoter across your territory
  • Product Knowledge of Printer/Desktop/ Laptop/ IT Accessories of any of the leading IT brands in India
  • Good English communication and fluency in local language is an added advantage.
