Duties and Responsibilities

· Manage Sales activities of partners to generate revenue

· Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness

· Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements

· Address partner related issues, Sales Conflicts etc.

· Manage Sales Pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities

· Develop positive working relationship with partners to build business

· Stay current with latest developments in marketplace & competitor activities

· Communicate up to date information about new products & enhancement to partners

· Provide regular training on new products, features and roadmap to partners

· Assist in partner marketing activities such as campaigns & other promotional activities

  • Must be a good motivator.
  • Should be good in public relations.
  • Needs to be good organizer.
  • Needs to manage time effectively.
  • Must have business acumen.
  • PC literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point).

    • Graduate
    • Post Graduate/ MBA

    • EXPERIENCE : -

    • Should have headed a small to medium business organization.
    • Minimum 5 years in a role of a Sales Person
    • Construction Equipment Sales Person should be exposure preferred.
