Job Title: Senior Executive - Logistics

Division/Company/Entity: ASSA ABLOY OPENING SOLUTIONS INDIA PVT LTD

Location: MUMBAI

Department: SCM

Reports to: Supply Chain Manager

Does this job have supervisory responsibilities (Y/N)? N

Position Summary

Support with Purchase related activities like PO Follow up, GRN & Custom Clearance

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for taking GRN (Material Inward) in AX System.
• Assist in maintaining Purchase Transit Sheet for AAI & AAOS
• Timely Submission of Purchase documents to Finance for Payment Processing
• Assist in Custom Clearance activities
• Maintaining Daily shipment report.
  

Skills Required:

• Previously worked on Purchase Software
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Handson knowledge of Custom Clearance / HS Codes
  

Education Qualification & Experience required:

• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
• 2 -3 Years’ experience in Logistics
